Overthinking and Procrastination

Overthinking and procrastination

If we aim for perfection because we worry about what people will think, we may get anxious or actually stop making decisions for ourselves because we . . . .

‘don’t want to get it wrong’.

Have you ever made a decision, and then overthought it?

Maybe even changed your decision, only to realise you were right in the first place?

We can avoid making decisions for so long that someone actually starts making them for us, or worse, we miss out on something completely.

Or we might feel like we are better under pressure, so we wait and wait until we have little or no time left. This can make us feel anxious, but we get it done just in the nick of time and feel exhausted and burnt out at the end.

If you would like to make a change and are ready to take the first step just fill in your details on the contact page and we can get started.

I offer face to face sessions if you are local or we can work together via Zoom/Skype if you are further away.
